The Travas Collins House
A Six-Month Transformational Program
Honoring Travas Collins: A Mission Born from Compassion
Travas Collins was a bright, humorous, and deeply loved member of our community. His journey, like so many others struggling with addiction and mental health challenges, was filled with ups and downs. He fought courageously—both outwardly and inwardly—but despite his strength, there were moments when the support he needed wasn’t there in the way he deserved. Travas ultimately lost his battle, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew him.
From this loss, The Travas Collins House was born—not just as a program, but as a promise: to never let another person fall through the cracks. We knew that to truly support individuals in recovery, we needed to offer more than short-term treatment. We needed to create a space where men could heal, grow, and completely transform their lives in a structured, long-term setting.
A Comprehensive Six-Month Program for Lasting Change
Strategies of CareThe Travas Collins House is a six-month residential treatment program designed for men who are committed to breaking the cycle of addiction and rebuilding their lives from the ground up. This is more than just a place to get sober—it’s a structured environment where individuals receive the clinical care, life skills training, and community support they need to successfully transition back into society.

Strategies of CareAt The Travas Collins House, we believe that recovery is not just about abstinence—it’s about transformation. That transformation happens when people are given the time, space, and support to do the deep work necessary to rebuild their lives.
Unlike short-term programs that only address immediate stabilization, our six-month structure allows men to:
- Identify and address root causes of addiction
- Develop coping skills and emotional resilience
- Build a foundation for long-term recovery
- Reintegrate into the workforce and independent livingWe believe that support should come when you need it, and that’s why we stand by each person who walks through our doors—not just for the six months they are with us, but for the rest of their lives as part of the Connextions Behavioral Health family.
