Important: We cannot schedule a pre-screening without active insurance.
Pre-Screening Appointment
Our pre-screening is a 45-minute conversation with an admissions team member designed to understand your needs and determine the most appropriate level of care. For addiction or mental health concerns, we’ll ask about treatment history, current symptoms, support systems, and goals for recovery. This process is confidential and compassionate, focused on creating the best plan for you.
If someone other than the person seeking treatment is calling, a Release of Information (ROI) may be required to share certain details. We regularly speak with counselors, case managers, and family members who call to gather initial information—so please feel free to call us anytime.
Clinical Review
Our Admissions Coordinator reviews your pre-screen with our clinical team to determine the most appropriate level of care.
